1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tech Aventure Australia's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Tech Aventure Australia provides IT services including but not limited to:

• Website development and design
• E-commerce solutions
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Mobile application development
• Custom software development
• Logo design and branding services

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work, which will include:

• Detailed project requirements
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Deliverables and acceptance criteria

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely provision of content, materials, and feedback
• Making timely payments as per agreed terms
• Obtaining necessary licenses for third-party software or services

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly payments for ongoing services

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, data, and materials provided to us.

5.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom-developed work. However, we retain rights to:

• General methodologies and know-how
• Reusable code components and frameworks
• Use the work as a portfolio example (with client consent)

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

6.2 Website Maintenance

We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes on newly delivered websites.

6.3 Disclaimers

We do not warrant:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
• Compatibility with all future browser versions
• Uninterrupted operation of websites or applications

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate projects with 7 days written notice. Payment for completed work and expenses incurred will be due.

8.2 Termination by Tech Aventure

We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms with 7 days written notice.

9. Confidentiality

We will maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
